At Home Seniors Post Surgery/Rehab Care

Our transitional care program helps patients transition from hospital to home, with a focus on safety, medication management, mobility maintenance, and follow-up care. Flexible scheduling with care plans designed around your needs.

 Overnight home care services for seniors and adults with disabilities who need someone present in the home during the night following a hospital or physical rehabilitation center stay are also available. At Home Seniors of Tucson will provide a caregiver to accommodate a flexible schedule with up to 24-hour temporary care until you're on your feet again. We will help with your bedtime routine, personal hygiene, grocery/meal preparations, and cleaning up, with our caregiver remaining awake during the night in case of an emergency or the need for assistance, such as medication reminders or getting in and out of bed for those dreaded midnight restroom demands! Schedule us to be sure your recovery stays on track with your goals and your medical care team's recommendations!
